The basic zirconium carbonate and the prepared sodium hydroxide solution are transferred to a hydrothermal reactor. The reaction kettle was heated at room temperature, 100, 300 and 500 ℃ for 6 h to form ZrO2 crystal structure. Then its Raman spectrum was tested.
