高温时两试样中均有大量析出相,但亚温淬火态试样中的析出相在加热保温过程中发生球化、长大,600℃时小尺寸颗粒明显较室温少。亚温淬火+回火态试样中析出相数量大大增加,在较大尺寸析出相周围分布着大量细小的颗粒。
There are a large number of precipitated phases in both samples at high temperature, but the precipitated phases in the sub-temperature quenched sample undergo spheroidization and growth during the heating and holding process, and there are obviously fewer small-size particles at 600°C than at room temperature. The number of precipitated phases in the sub-temperature quenched + tempered sample is greatly increased, and a large number of fine particles are distributed around the larger-sized precipitated phases.
