通过实验室周期浸润加速腐蚀的方法,模拟材料在服役环境过程中的耐腐蚀性能。在实验室0.01mol/L NaHSO3溶液中加速腐蚀72h条件下,460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢的周浸试验性能为:焊接接头腐蚀速率为1.197g/(m2·h);电焊条腐蚀速率为1.217g/(m2·h);焊丝及焊剂腐蚀速率为1.242g/(m2·h)。
The corrosion resistance of materials in service environment was simulated by the method of periodic infiltration and accelerated corrosion in laboratory. Under the accelerated corrosion condition of 72h in 0.01mol/L NaHSO3 solution in the laboratory, the cyclic immersion test performance of 460MPa anti-seismic corrosion resistant refractory steel is as follows: the corrosion rate of welded joints is 1.197g/(m2·h); The electrode corrosion rate is 1.217g/(m2·h). The corrosion rate of welding wire and flux is 1.242g/(m2·h).
