将DZ2(0.05V0Nb)钢分别加热至850℃、900℃保温1h,油淬,然后在675℃保温4h进行回火处理,其显微组织的OM形貌如图(a)和图(b)所示。从图中可以看出,在不同淬火温度下均获得了回火马氏体显微组织,且没有明显差别。
DZ2 (0.05V0Nb) steel was heated to 850℃ and 900℃ for 1h, oil quenched, and then tempered at 675℃ for 4h. The OM morphology of its microstructure is shown in Figure (a) and Figure (b). It can be seen from the figure that tempered martensite microstructure is obtained at different quenching temperatures, and there is no significant difference.
