自主设计Cr-Ni-Cu-Ti-V-Nb合金成分体系,利用V-Nb弥散析出和Ti、Al元素细化晶粒多晶界设置氢陷阱方法,解决了耐火耐候螺栓钢材料在潮湿环境,苛刻氢环境下[H]c≥3ppm,恒载荷加载0.8Rp0.2的条件下,持续100h不发生断裂的延迟断裂性能,断裂强度提高350Mpa。
Cr-ni-cu-ti-v-nb alloy composition system was independently designed. V-nb dispersion precipitation and Ti and Al element refinement grain polygrain boundary were used to set hydrogen trap method, which solved the fire resistant bolt steel material under the condition of [H] C ≥3ppm and constant load of 0.8Rp0.2 under the humid environment and harsh hydrogen environment. The delayed fracture performance without fracture occurs for 100h, and the fracture strength is increased by 350Mpa.
