通过实验室测定电化学腐蚀电位的方法,模拟材料在服役环境过程中的板材与配套紧固件自腐蚀性能的匹配问题。在0.01mol/L NaHSO3溶液中,10.9级耐火耐候螺栓钢腐蚀电位为-0.696V,腐蚀电流密度8.3×10-5A/cm2;配套Q460耐火耐候板材腐蚀电位为-0.680V,腐蚀电流密度4.0×10-5A/cm2。
By measuring electrochemical corrosion potential in laboratory, the matching problem of self-corrosion performance between plate and supporting fastener in service environment was simulated. In 0.01mol/L NaHSO3 solution, the corrosion potential and current density of 10.9 grade refractory and weather resistant bolted steel are -0.696V and 8.3×10-5A/cm2 respectively. The corrosion potential of supporting Q460 refractory weathering plate is -0.680V, and the corrosion current density is 4.0×10-5A/cm2.
