在600℃保温3h后,晶粒比较纯净,MA岛基本消失,随着保温时间延长,高温屈服强度没有衰减。主要原因是位错线上存在大量第二相粒子,第二相粒子可有效阻碍位错的位错线的滑移,而且位错密度很高,位错之间相互缠结、阻碍,共同保证耐蚀耐火钢高温屈服强度。460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢薄板轧态的600℃高温拉伸力学性能为屈服强度322MPa,抗拉强度378MPa,断后伸长率24.5%,断面收缩率76%。
After holding at 600℃ for 3h, the grains are relatively pure and the MA island basically disappears. With the extension of holding time, the high temperature yield strength does not decay. The main reason is that there are a large number of second phase particles on the dislocation line. The second phase particles can effectively hinder the slip of the dislocation line, and the dislocation density is very high, and the dislocations are entangled and obstructed each other to ensure the high-temperature yield strength of the corrosion resistant refractory steel. The tensile properties of 460MPa anti-seismic and corrosion resistant refractory steel sheet at 600℃ are as follows: yield strength 322MPa, tensile strength 378MPa, elongation after fracture 24.5%, section shrinkage 76%.
