该数据集主要对南阳汉冶特钢有限公司生产的150mm厚度规格调质状态钢板进行进行化学成分检测,通过对材料中的C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Cu、Nb、V、Ti、Mo、Al、O、N元素的化学成分分析,确定不同成分工艺的材料对实际力学性能的影响,为实际轧制工艺方案提供依据。
The data set is mainly used for chemical composition detection of 150mm thickness quenchable steel plate produced by Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., LTD. Through chemical composition analysis of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Nb, V, Ti, Mo, Al, O and N elements in the material. The influence of materials with different composition process on actual mechanical properties is determined to provide basis for actual rolling process scheme.
