研究了三种粒度和形貌的铼粉,D50<30μm常规铼粉和D50<5μm超细铼粉以及D50<30μm球形铼粉,单独或合批处理后成形和烧结。分别对三种铼粉与合批粉末的形貌和粒度进行测试,检测致密度,分析烧结坯料晶粒度以及观察烧坯断口形貌,分析纯铼烧坯的室温和高温力学性能和断裂方式。
Three kinds of rhenium powders, D50 < 30μm conventional rhenium powder, D50 < 5μm ultrafine rhenium powder and D50 < 30μm spherical rhenium powder, were fabricated and sintered after batch processing alone or in combination. The morphology and particle size of three rhenium powder and combined batch powder were tested, the density was detected, the grain size of sintered billet was analyzed, and the fracture morphology of sintered billet was observed. The mechanical properties and fracture mode of pure rhenium sintered billet were analyzed at room temperature and high temperature.
