Samples were taken from high purity rhenium products. After the samples were cleaned and dried, the element content was detected by glow discharge mass spectrometry. Glow discharge mass spectrometry was semi-quantitative analysis, and the purity of high purity rhenium samples was obtained by subsuming measured metal elements with 100%.
