树脂/乳液流变性能用Physica MCR-301流变仪测得。测试模式为小幅震荡模式。测试前样品恒温10 min以上以消除残余应力,环氧树脂及其溶液和固化剂采用CC-27椎板进行测试,水性环氧乳液采用CC-27圆筒进行测试,测试温度均为25℃。时间扫描时应变1%,频率10 rps。频率扫描模式的测试条件为应变1%,频率0.01~100 rps。
由于一些粘度数据直接由旋转粘度计测量,并未有保留原始数据。
Resin/emulsion rheology can be measured by Physica MCR-301 rheometer. The test mode is a small shock mode. Before the test, the samples were kept constant for more than 10 min to eliminate the residual stress. The epoxy resin, its solution and curing agent were tested by CC-27 plate, and the water-based epoxy emulsion was tested by CC-27 cylinder, and the test temperature was 25℃. Time scan strain 1%, frequency 10 rps. The test conditions for frequency scan mode were strain 1% and frequency 0.01 to 100 rps.
As some of the viscosity data were measured directly by a rotary vissiometer, none of the original data was retained.
