为了研究腐蚀坑的扩展情况,选取了3个不同的腐蚀电流密度下的腐蚀形貌进行比较。从结果中可以看出当钢筋电极腐蚀坑的宽度和深度相差不大。同时腐蚀坑内局部区域的腐蚀程度较大,出现了选择性腐蚀的现象。在不添加缓蚀剂的溶液中,腐蚀坑沿着一个方向的宽度要大于其他方向,腐蚀形貌表现为长条状且带有“拖尾”。而添加两种缓蚀剂的溶液中没有这种明显的趋势,且腐蚀坑形状近似圆形。从以上的结果中可以看出,D-葡萄糖酸钠和钼酸钠在混凝土模拟孔隙液中对于钢筋腐蚀的扩展有一定的抑制作用。
In order to study the expansion of corrosion pits, the corrosion morphology at three different corrosion current densities were selected for comparison. From the results, it can be seen when the width and depth of the corrosion pits of the steel electrodes do not differ much. At the same time, the corrosion degree of the local area in the corrosion pit is larger, and the phenomenon of selective corrosion occurs. In the solution without adding corrosion inhibitors, the width of the corrosion pits along one direction is greater than the other direction, and the corrosion morphology is shown as a long strip with a "trailing". In the solution with two corrosion inhibitors, there is no such obvious trend, and the shape of the corrosion pits is almost round. From the above results, it can be seen that sodium D-gluconate and sodium molybdate have a certain inhibitory effect on the expansion of rebar corrosion in the simulated pore solution of concrete.
