首钢京唐公司海水淡化厂采用 LT-MED 技术,主体蒸发器换热管上部 3 层为 钛管,其余部分换热管采用铝黄铜材质。经过一段时期的运行,产水量大幅度下 降。检修发现,换热管束结垢严重,尤其是第一效,严重影响了换热效率。取第 一效换热管的垢样进行扫描电镜(SEM)观察和能谱分析(EDS)。
The seawater desalination plant of Jingtang company of Shougang adopts LT-MED technology. The upper three layers of the heat exchange tube of the main evaporator are titanium tubes, and the rest of the heat exchange tubes are made of aluminum brass. After a period of operation, the water yield decreased significantly. The maintenance found that the scale of the heat exchange tube bundle was serious, especially the first effect, which seriously affected the heat exchange efficiency. The scale samples of the first effect heat exchange tube were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS).
