Much green fluorescence was observed on the PLCL and PGD surfaces, indicating serious platelets activation. This result was consistent with the results of SEM observation. It was reported that PDA layer with positive charge can induce the platelets adhesion and activation. Importantly, on the PGD-ACH11 and PGD-CAG/ACH11 surfaces, a significantly decreased amount of P-selectin expression indicated less platelet aggregation and clot formation, mainly for the presence of ACH11 peptide with reported anti-platelets adhesion and activation property.
