Therefore, as shown in Fig. 14, the proportions of LiOH and Li2CO3 in the corrosion products increase with Li content in the alloys. Enhanced value of corrosion resistances of Zn-(0.5–1.4)Li alloys owe to their more stable corrosion product layers, which can alleviate Cl− attacks in the SBF.
