采用XRD对SBF浸泡1天后材料表面腐蚀产物的化学成分进行分析。如图9所示,锌上的腐蚀产物主要由氧化锌(PDFNo.36-1451)组成,氢氧化锌(PDFNo.20-1435)和Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6(PDFNo.19-1458)。ZnLi合金上的腐蚀产物的化学成分要复杂得多。除了氧化锌、氢氧化锌和Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6、氢氧化锂(PDFNo.22-1141)和Li2CO3(PDFNo.它也被检测到,这表明锂在合金的腐蚀中起着至关重要的作用。
XRD was carried out to analysis the chemical constitutions of surface corrosion products on the materials after 1 day immersion in SBF. As shown in Fig. 9, corrosion products on Zn are mainly composed by ZnO (PDF No. 36-1451), Zn(OH)2 (PDF No. 20-1435) and Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 (PDF No. 19-1458). Chemical constitutions of corrosion products on the ZnLi alloys are far more complex. Besides ZnO, Zn(OH)2 and Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6, LiOH (PDF No. 22-1141) and Li2CO3 (PDF No. 36-1451) are also detected, indicating Li plays a crucial role in corrosion of the alloys.
