本发明涉及轧钢技术领域,特别涉及一种热轧H型钢弯曲控制方法。本发明将H型钢轧制终轧道次做为平整道次,对成品轧件进行高温热矫成型,轧制道次中万能粗轧机、轧边机为空过机架,不参与轧制,万能精轧机的立辊压下率在3%‑5%之间,平辊压下率在2%‑5%之间,平辊轧制负荷为2000‑2500KN之间,立辊轧制负荷在2000‑3000KN之间,轧制速度为3‑8m/s之间。采用本发明生产的产品,有效消除了产品的弯曲缺陷问题,而且由于压下率的重新分配,间接提高了产品的机械性能,工艺实现简单,生产效率高,性能稳定,外形优良,尺寸精度高,产品质量提升效果显著。
