本发明涉及一种UHMWPE/PP/SiC复合材料制备,具体涉及一种耐磨抗划伤复合材料及其制备方法。本制备方法按重量份比配方组成将UHMWPE 85份、SiC 1-4份、PP 15份分别在干燥箱干燥后,在与复配抗氧剂、SiC偶联剂处理产物一起置于高速捏合机中高速混合、双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒、模压得到UHMWPE/PP/SiC复合材料。本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,同时采用PP和SiC纳米粒子填充改性UHMWPE,提高UHMWPE的流动性和加工性能,同时赋予了UHMWPE优异的耐磨性能、抗刮擦性能。
The invention relates to preparation of an UHMWPE/PP/SiC composite material, in particular to a wear-resistant scratch-resistant composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: separately drying 85 parts of UHMWPE, 1-4 parts of SiC and 15 parts of PP in a drying box according to a formula in parts by weight, then mixing UHMWPE, SiC and PPwith a compound antioxidant and a SiC coupling agent treatment product in a high-speed kneading machine together, carrying out extrusion and granulation by using a double-screw extruder, and carryingout compression molding to obtain a UHMWPE/PP/SiC composite material. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, PP and SiC nanoparticles are adopted to fill and modify UHMWPE, the fluidity and the processing performance of UHMWPE are improved, and meanwhile, UHMWPE is endowed with excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance.
