本发明公开一种制备冲击样条的模压模具。它包括模座、成型板、压板、顶板、脱模垫板、定位孔、定位销、溢流槽、排气孔、分模开口、顶模凸条、活动嵌件。制样机构包含模座、成型板和压板,各部件通过定位销进行定位,成型板上分布多个成型槽,成型槽周围设有溢流槽,成型板边缘设有排气通道,成型板进行了抛光处理;脱模机构包括脱模垫板、成型板和顶板,各部件通过定位销进行定位,顶板上设有顶模凸条,顶模凸条的位置分布与成型板上成型槽的位置分布相对应。采用上述结构后,对于熔体流动性极差,无法通过注塑制备测试样条的材料,可以很方便的制备出测试样条,且制备出的样条结构密实,表面光滑,缺口规整。
The invention discloses a mould pressing mould for preparing impact splines. The mould pressing mould for preparing the impact splines comprises a mould base, a forming board, a pressing board, a roof, a demoulding base board, positioning holes, positioning pins, overflow grooves, exhausting holes, mould splitting openings, top mould convex strips and mobile embedded parts; a spline preparation mechanism comprises the mould base, the forming board and the pressing board, wherein the parts are positioned through the positioning pins, multiple forming grooves are formed in the forming board, theoverflow grooves are formed in the peripheries of the forming grooves, exhausting channels are arranged on the edges of the forming board, and the forming board is subjected to polishing treatment; ademoulding mechanism comprises the demoulding base board, the forming board and the roof, wherein the parts are positioned through the positioning pins, the top mould convex strips are arranged on the roof, and position distribution of the top mould convex strips corresponds to that of the forming grooves in the forming board. After the structure is adopted, for a material which has poor melt flowability and cannot be subjected to injection moulding for preparing test splines, the test splines can be prepared conveniently, and the prepared splines are compact in structure and smooth in surface and have structured notches.
