According to the equipment used for producing the high-dispersion fluorine-containing polymer master batch, novel continuous internal mixing rotors are adopted for being matched with the special-shaped machine cylinder bushing to build a volume variable space, and by means of a volume tensile effect, dispersion of an effective component in the master batch can be assisted; by means of a proper raw material formula and the water-ring granulator, continuous internal mixing and efficient granulation are guaranteed; the equipment is high in integration level, and the volume and the weight of the equipment are greatly reduced; the equipment has high dispersion and the capability of generating heat byfriction, so that production energy consumption is greatly reduced.
