本发明公开一种用于高分子量聚乙烯膜的含氟加工母料,该含氟加工母料可改善高分子量聚乙烯的流动性,消除熔体破裂现象,减少晶点和黑点,提高膜材表面光滑与平整度,减少或消除口模积料,提高生产效率,降低加工能耗。本发明的技术方案如下:以含氟加工助剂为添加剂、不同聚乙烯为基体树脂,制备用于高分子量聚烯烃孔隔膜的含氟加工母料。其质量配比为:聚乙烯类树脂90%~99%,含氟加工助剂1%~10%。制备方法:干燥;称料;混合;挤出造粒。本发明制得的含氟加工母料,可有效消除HMW‑HDPE、UHMWPE的熔体破裂现象,可改善HMW‑HDPE、UHMWPE膜的表面光滑与平整度,有利于膜的加工成型。

The technical scheme includes that fluorine-containing processing aids serve as additives, and different polyethylene serves as matrix resin to prepare the fluorine-containing processing master batch for a high molecular weight polyolefin diaphragm. The fluorine-containing processing master batch comprises, in weight percent, 90%-99% of polyethylene resin and 1%-10% of fluorine-containing processing aids. A preparation method includes the steps of drying, weighing, mixing, extruding and granulating. The prepared fluorine-containing processing master batch can effectively eliminate melt fracture of HMW-HDPE (high molecular weight high-density polyethylene) and UHMWPE (ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene), can improve the surface smoothness and flatness of HMW-HDPE and UHMWPE films and is beneficial to forming of the films.
