本发明公开一种具有高性能的UHMWPE复合材料及其制备方法,所述的具有高性能的UHMWPE复合材料,其特征在于,由UHMWPE70‑98%,改性无机粒子1‑30%,0.05‑2%抗氧剂制成;所述方法是以UHMWPE为基体,添加改性过的无机粒子和少量抗氧剂进行模压制得的样品。应用该方法所制得UHMWPE复合材料具有高拉伸强度,仅添加1%能使拉伸强度提高到原来的两倍;同时热变形温度提高,抗磨损能力增强,复合材料界面增强;相对于传统偶联剂处理具有环保优点,促进加工;且该法成本较低,制备工艺简单,可实现工业化。
The invention discloses a high performance UHMWPE composite material and a preparation method thereof. The high performance UHMWPE composite material is characterized by being prepared from followingcomponents in percentage by weight: 70-98% of UHMWPE, 1-30% of modified inorganic particles, and 0.05-2% of antioxidant. According to the preparation method, UHMWPE is taken as the matrix, modified inorganic particles and a little amount of antioxidant are added, and then the mixture is moulded to obtain the composite material. The prepared UHMWPE composite material has a high tensile strength; only 1 wt% of inorganic particles and antioxidant, the tensile strength is doubled; at the same time, the thermal deformation temperature is increased, the wear resistant performance is enhanced, the interface of the composite material is strengthened, compared with a conventional coupling agent, the composite material is environmentally friendly, the processing is promoted, furthermore, the cost islow, the preparation technology is simple, and industrialization can be realized.
