本发明公开了一种感应式液态金属电磁流量计,包括圆形流道,隔热层、励磁线圈、励磁电源、感应信号拾取线圈、信号处理模块和屏蔽层。两组励磁线圈位于电磁流量计的两端,线圈绕制方向相反,匝数相同,由励磁电源供电,励磁电源可产生高频交流电信号,两组励磁线圈在流道内产生方向相反,大小相同的磁感应强度;当液态金属不流动时,两组励磁线圈产生的感应磁场相互抵消,当液态金属流动时,会导致感应信号拾取线圈位置处的磁场发生变化,进而在感应信号拾取线圈内产生与液态金属流量成正比的交变感生电压,通过信号处理模块得到流量信号。本发明的感应式液态金属电磁流量计适用于测量液态金属的流量,如钠、锂、铅铋合金、钠钾合金等。
