本项目针对先进商用航空发动机涡轮盘等核心热端部件高使用温度、长服役寿命、低制造成本需求,开发高温合金粗粉返回再利用和盘件纯净度控制技术,突破粉末高温合金纯净熔炼及成分调控、粗粉循环利用、氩气雾化粉末氧含量控制、盘件精确成形等关键制备技术,研制低成本粉末高温合金涡轮盘坯件,形成低成本高纯高温合金粉末批产能力,为粉末高温合金涡轮盘高纯低成本制造提供技术基础。
This project aims at the high used temperature, long service life, and low manufacturing cost requirements of core hot components such as turbine disks of advanced commercial aerospace engines. It develops the recycle of superalloy coarse powder and disk purity control technologies to break through the pure melting and composition control of powdered metallurgy (PM) superalloys, coarse powder recycling, argon atomized powder oxygen content control, and precise disc forming, and product low-cost PM superalloy turbine disc, to form low-cost, high-purity superalloy powder batch production capabilities. It provides a technical basis for high-purity and low-cost manufacturing of PM superalloy turbine disks.
